About Me
Life usually doesn't become overwhelming all at once. It builds quietly until the worry follows you into bed and even the things that used to help you unwind don't feel like much of a break.
A little more about my work
I work with people across the lifespan, from young children and teens to adults and older adults. I also see couples and families. People may come to therapy because anxiety, trauma, relationships, life changes, or daily stress have become difficult to carry.
I am especially interested in the ways the internet, constant scrolling, and gaming can affect mood, motivation, relationships, and a person's sense of balance. Therapy can be a place to understand those patterns and work toward a more manageable daily life.
How I approach therapy
I want therapy to feel human and useful. We can slow things down, notice patterns, build tools that fit real life, and make room for questions about meaning, direction, and what matters to you. My primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Existential Therapy.
